As part of the free Sew Delightful update that dropped on December 4th, Sally has finally been added to DDLV. If you’re looking to reunite Jack Skellington with his patchwork-wearing love, here’s everything you need to do to welcome her to the valley.
How to Begin The Woven Bridge
To unlock Sally, you’ll need to complete a few prerequisites.
These are:
- Unlock Jack Skellington (you don’t need to have max friendship)
- Unlock Mirabel
- Complete Mirabel’s first quest
- Unlock Vanellope
- Complete “Odds & Ends” quest for Merlin
If you’ve done this, you’ll receive a message from Jack Skellington titled “A Delightful Surprise!” about spiders visiting Anna’s Castle. Make your way to Kristoff and Anna’s castle, to officially begin The Woven Bridge quest.
How to Complete The Woven Bridge
When you step inside the castle, you’ll have two tasks and an optional one to perform. These are:
- Remove 3 Spiderwebs
- Pick up 6 Spiderwebs
- (Optional) Talk to Kristoff
Once you’ve collected all the Spiderwebs, talk to Jack Skellington, and hand over the Spiderwebs.
As Jack tries to decipher the message that’s been left on the Spiderwebs, he’ll send you off to three different Villagers’ houses to collect more of them.
Go to each of these houses and pick up the Spiderwebs as you clean:
- Mirabel’s house and remove 3 Spiderwebs
- Vanellope’s house and remove 6 Spiderwebs
- Remy’s house and remove 3 Spiderwebs
You should now have 22 Spiderwebs and you’ll need to return to Jack Skellington again. With the rest of the Spiderwebs, Jack is able to decode the message is from Sally, it says:
“Dear Jack, there helpful spiders have promised to assist in making a portal to bring me to you, but they may need your help. Please give them whatever they need. I miss you! – Love, Sally”
Unfortunately, the spiders are tired after trying to help Sally, so you’ll need to craft an Arachnid Rejuvenation Potion, which requires:
- 1 Empty Vial
- 1 Blueberry Pie
- 4x Red Bell Flower
- 4x Night Shard
- 6x Cotton
- 8x Mushroom
How to Make Blueberry Pie
Blueberry Pie consists of three ingredients: Blueberries, wheat, and butter.
Craft the Potion
Craft the Arachnid Rejuvenation Potion and then go to Jack’s house. Talk to Jack again and hand over the potion. Once Jack has made some adjustments to it, drop it into the cauldron inside his house.
And that’s all you need to do to get Sally! Speak to her once she arrives, listen to Jack and Sally’s conversation, and speak to Jack one more time to conclude the quest.
